I turned 31 years old this year. I decided to host a competition at home and invited my friends to compete. I’ll post the instructions, shopping list, and everything else you need to host your own competition as a follow up to this post. For now, please enjoy the highlight reel!
Structure of the competition:
- 6 contestants divided across two teams competing in 3 rounds: appetizer, entrée, and dessert
- Each person must serve as head chef for one and only one round
- One other team member can serve as sous chef and must help with prep only (cutting, chopping, plating, etc.)
- Each round has a brainstorming and planning time separate from cooking time
